Mark Parrott (President)

Mark is the owner and president of Parrott & Associates. He resides in Bluffton SC with his wife, Jennifer, and three children, Anna Grace, Emmaline, and Zac.

Mark established Parrott & Associates in June 2007 after acquiring 35 years of experience in the food and beverage industries, including extensive work in both retail grocery and foodservice distribution. The knowledge acquired and positions held during these 35 years include grocery store management, director of meat operations, sales management, purchasing, and category management. The meat and seafood categories have been a point of emphasis.

Mark graduated with honors with a BS in business and an MBA from the University of South Florida in Tampa. In his spare time, he enjoys what life in the South Carolina low country has to offer, including spending family time at the beach, surfing, and golf.

Woodie Sweat (Sr. Associate)

Woodie resides in Charlotte with his wife Christy. Woodie has experience in many facets of foodservice, including cooking, restaurant management, distributor, foodservice sales, and food broker sales. In Woodie's spare time, he enjoys visiting his grandson in Charleston, as well as building and riding custom made motorcycles.
